Come see my latest work at the Artist Cottages
next to the Orleans Farmers' Market
the weekend of June 18 & 19.
Brava Pottery, handcrafted stoneware fired in the gas kiln at the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, is food-safe as well as microwave- and dishwasher-proof. The kitchenware, tableware, vases, and other decorative and functional pieces make ideal house gifts.
I'll be at the Artist Cottages 9-5 on
Saturday, 10-4 on Sunday, featuring new work from my winter at Castle Hill (including variations on my classic hand-painted fish dishes) and old favorites
(bowls and colanders, refrigerator magnets and bud vases, soap dishes and oval platters).
You'll find me in cottage #8, the one with the
mustard yellow trim closest to Old Colony Way and The Chocolate Sparrow. Leave
your car in the parking lot between the Sparrow and CVS or walk over after
you've been to the Farmers' Market or wheel your bike over from the bike path.
The cottages are
open rain or shine, so if it's a beach day, come by before you hit the surf or
when you've had enough sun; if it's wet or overcast, it will be more fun than a
jigsaw puzzle. If you won't be on the Cape that weekend, tell your friends,
family, renters, strangers to drop by.

an arts incubator with the goals of helping revitalize downtown Orleans and fostering local artists and
artisans.
